Ingredients:

1.Besan flour
2.Sugar
3.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a pan add 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup of water and bring it to boil.Prepare sugar syrup.
2.Keep stirring the syrup continuously,meanwhile take 1 cup ghee and mix well with besan flour without forming any lumps.
3.After sugar syrup is done,gradually add besan batter into syrup and mix well.
4.Keep stirring the mixture continuously until it attains thick consistency and ghee separates from mixture.Cook on medium flame.
5.Transfer the mixture onto a greased plate and spread evenly,rest aside to cool down the mixture.Cut into desired shapes and serve.
