Raagipindi Cake

Ingredients
:


1.Raagi Flour
2.Sugar
3.Cashew nuts
4.Badam
5.Baking Powder
6.Eggs
7.Wheat flour
8.Kismis
9.Cooking soda
10.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl combine raagi flour,wheat flour,sugar,2 eggs,ghee,baking powder,cooking soda a pinch and mix well with water as required.
2.Meanwhile heat some ghee in a pan,fry for few minutes till golden colour.
3.In the same pan,add some ghee and add raagi batter.Cover and cook for 15 minutes,add fried dry fruits.
4.Cover and cook for another few minutes till done.Demould into a separate plate and serve.
