1.Rice flour
2.Besan flour
3.Carom seeds
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a cup of rice flour and quarter cup of besan flour,salt,red chilli powder,carom seeds and mix well with water and prepare a smooth dough.
2.Now take a grater,grate the dough on it to get thin slices and drop them in hot oil and deep fry,cook on medium flame.
3.Deep fry till crisp and transfer onto a plate and serve.
