Puri & Chole Bhature

Ingredients:

1.Kabuli chana
2.Maida
3.Bombay ravva
4.Sugar
5.Baking powder
6.Curd
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add in maida.bombay ravva 1/4 cup,salt,sugar 1 tbsp,baking powder 1/2 tbsp.Mix well all the ingredients with curd 2/3 cup.Prepare a smooth dough.
2.Rest aside the dough for 2 hours,.
3.Divide the dough into pan cakes and roll them into puris.
4.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,place the puri gently in oil and fry till it starts puffing up.
5.Keep aside the puri and serve hot with chole bhature.
