Kabuli Biryani

Ingredients:

1.Basmati Rice
2.Chana dal
3.Onion chopped
4.Green chillies
5.Lemon
6.Biryani masala (Cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,bay leaf,Carway seeds)
7.Coriander leaves
8.Pudina leaves
9.Curry leaves
10.Oil
11.Ginger garlic paste
12.Ghee
13.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take
a pan pour 3 glasses of water,add garam
masala(cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,shajeera)green
chillies,salt,pudina,coriander leaves and bring it to boil.
2.Add soaked rice to the boiling water and bring it boil,when rice
is 80% done.
3.Remove half rice from pan,add in soaked,boiled chana dal,salt to the rice.
4.Cover the layer with cooked rice and repeat same process for other 2 layers.
5.Squeeze a lemon and some ghee on top of rice,close the lid and cook.
6.Meanwhile
on other side fry onions till golden brown color,add in green
chillies,pudina,coriander ,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
7.Add
shajeera,ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes.Finally transfer
the fried ingredients on top of rice,give it a good mix,transfer into a
bowl,serve hot.
