Ingredients:

1.Nalleru stems
2.Rice flour
3.Salt to taste
4.Curry leaves
5.Coriander leaves
6.Green chillies
7.Carrot grated
8.Oil
9.Cumin seeds
10.Butter
11.Onion paste

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water as required and bring it to boil.
2.Meanwhile
take a bowl add rice flour,onion chopped or paste,coriander
leaves,nalleru paste,butter,salt to taste,cumin seeds,green chilli paste
and mix well with boiling water.
3.Prepare a dough and rest aside for 10-15 minutes.
6.Divide
the dough into small equal portions and prepare rotis on wet cotton
cloth,mean while heat some oil on skillet and place the roti on skillet.
7.Cook on both sides evenly by drizzling some oil.Cook till done,serve hot with ginger pickle.
