Seema Chintakaya Fry


1.Seema chinthakaya
2.Onion chopped
3.Green chillies
4.Sesame powder
5.Tempering seeds
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Turmeric powder
10.Curry leaves
11.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in dried red chillies,garlic cloves,tempering seeds and saute for few seconds.
2.Add onion chopped,green chillies and saute for few seconds till golden color.
3.Add turmeric powder,curry leaves and seema chinthakaya seeds and mix it well.
4.Add some salt to taste,saute for few minutes.Cover and cook for couple of minutes.Add red chilli powder and mix well,add little water as required.cover and cook for another 2 minutes.
5.Add grated coconut grated,sesame powder,garam masala powder and give it a good mix.Finally sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
