Ingredients:

1.Maida
2.Baking soda
3.Bombay ravva
4.Sugar
5.Rice flour
6.Salt to taste
7.Ghee
8.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a large bowl add in 1/2 kg maida,baking powder,baking soda,bombay ravva,ghee 60 grams and mix well.
2.Add some water as required to prepare a smooth dough.
3.Divide the dough into big portions and flatten them.
4.Now sprinkle some dry flour on surface and flatten the dough balls,prepare 3 no. and keep aside.
5.Meanwhile dissolve rice flour in 60 grams ghee and mix well without any lumps.
6.Now take rice flour paste and spread on flat dough evenly all over,now place another flat dough over the greased dough.
7.Repeat the same process for other flat dough,now start folding layered dough once forward and then backward,repeat the process till you get the shape.
8.Now cut the dough into small pieces,press the edges of the cut dough pieces into a smooth edge.Flatten out all the cut dough pieces.
9.Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup in a pan,on other side heat sufficient oil for deep frying.Gently add dough pieces in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown color.
10.Once sugar syrup is done add fried kajas and soak properly.Serve immediately.
