1.Urad dal
3.Ginger chopped
4.Onion chopped
5.Curry leaves
6.Coriander leaves
7.Turmeric powder
8.Tempering seeds
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Soak urad dal and rice overnight,grind them well into a dosa batter.
2.Marinate the batter for 4-5 hours.
3.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in chana dal,mustard,cumin seeds,dried red chillies,onion chopped,ginger chopped,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
4.Add coriander leaves and turmeric powder,mix well.
5.Add the tempering mixture into dosa batter and mix well.
6.Take a muffin pan and grease some oil,pour dosa batter.Cover and cook on medium flame.
7.Cook on both sides till they turn into golden brown color.Serve hot with any chutney.
