Cabbage Cutlets


1.Cabbage chopped
2.Green chillies
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Coriander leaves
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Oil for deep frying
8.Cumin seeds


1.Take a pan pour 2-3 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add in green chillies,cumin seeds,ginger,garlic chopped and saute.
3.Add turmeric powder and mix well,now add chopped cabbage and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
4.Add some salt and mix well.Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
5.Add coriander leaves,red chilli powder and mix well.Remove from heat and rest aside to cool down the mixture.
6.Transfer the mixture into a blender and blend into a smooth mixture.
7.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,break 1 egg in small bowl,salt and whisk it well.
8.Add chick pea flour to ground cabbage and mix well evenly.Prepare round patties or any shape you desired,coat them in egg mixture and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
9.Fry till golden brown color and transfer onto a paper napkin,remove excess oil and serve hot.
