Egg Bajji


1.Corn flour
2.Jowar flour
4.Coriander leaves
5.Salt to taste
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Take equal quantities of corn flour and jowar flour 1 cup in a bowl,add in salt,coriander leaves and mix well with water.
2.Prepare a thick consistency batter and keep aside.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,cut the boiled eggs into 4 halves and keep aside.
4.Now dip the eggs in batter and gently drop them in hot oil,deep fry.Keep turning in between and fry till golden color.Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
