Ingredients:

1.Raw mangoes
2.Split green moong dal
3.Hing
4.Turmeric powder
5.Red chilli powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan and dry roast moong dal till light golden color and transfer into a plate.Rest aside to cool down.
2.Now blend dry roasted moong into a coarse powder.
3.Take a bowl add in moong dal powder,1/2 cup red chilli powder,salt 1/2 cup,turmeric powder a pinch,hing 1/2 tbsp and mix well.
4.Add raw mango pieces small pieces and mix well.
5.Gradually add 1 cup oil to the mixture and mix well.Rest the pickle to soak aside for 2 days.
