Chicken Keema Vada

Ingredients:

1.Chicken mince
2.Corn flour
3.Maida
4.Onion chopped
5.Tasting salt
6.Red chilli powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Turmeric powder
9.Green chillies
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Marinate chicken with red chilli powder,salt,green chillies,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and rest aside for 2 hours.
3.Transfer the mixture into a bowl,add in 2 tbsp corn flour,maida 4 tbsp,tasting salt a pinch,onion chopped,red chilli powder and mix well with water and prepare a dough.
4.Grease your palms with some oil,take small amount of dough and prepare small round patties and drop them in hot oil,deep fry.
5.Fry till golden brown color and crisp,transfer into a plate and serve hot.
