Pesara Pappu Semiya Payasam

Ingredients:

1.Moong dal
2.Vermicelli
3.Sagoo
4.Jaggery
5.Milk
6.Cashew nuts
7.Badam
8.Raisins
9.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water and bring it to boil,add soaked moong dal and cook till tender.
2.Add soaked sagoo,cover and cook for another few minutes.Once boiled remove the lid and add some milk and cook for 5minutes.
3.Now add 1 cup ghee roasted vermicelli to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
4.Add jaggery syrup to the milk and keep stirring,add cardamom powder and add dry fruits.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
