Ingredients:

1.Cooked rice dry under sunlight for1 day
2.Peanuts
3.Putnalu
4.Salt to taste
5.Curry leaves
6.Red chilli powder
7.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Place a metal strainer and add dried rice into oil and deep fry,after they become puffy and white,take them into a bowl.
3.Add some putnalu,peanuts,curry leaves, and deep fry till light brown color.
4.Add the fried peanuts to puffed rice,add in salt to taste,red chilli powder and mix well.
5.Transfer into a bowl,serve immediately.
