Saavidai Fish Curry

Ingredients:

1.Saavidai Fish
2.Onion chopped
3.Cumin seeds
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chillies
6.Red chilli powder
7.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil the fish in water,remove head and tail of fish,boil till tender.
2.Transfer into a bowl,remove the bones of fish and crumble the fish till soft.
3.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt,mix well with some water as required.Add cumin seeds and onion paste to fish mixture.
4.Take a pan pour some oil and heat,add in garlic cloves,dried red chillies,cumin seeds and saute till; light golden color.
5.Finally add fish mixture and mix well evenly,cook for 5 minutes till done,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
