Poori Laddu

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour
2.Maida
3.Cashew nuts
4.Raisins
5.Sugar
6.Jaggery
7.Cardamom powder
8.Ghee
9.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add in 1 cup maida,wheat flour 1/2 cup,mix well with water and prepare a smooth dough.
2.Divide the dough into small balls and flatten out into a thin layered puri and dry under the sun till they are stiff.
3.Deep fry the puris and keep aside,now blend the fried puris into a smooth powder.
4.Add sugar powder to ground powder,cardamom powder,jaggery grated,melted ghee and mix well.Prepare round balls and garnish with cashew nuts.
