Ingredients:

1.Sanduvai Fish
2.Prawns
3.Eggs
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Pudina
6.Coriander leaves
7.Green chillies
8.Onion chopped
9.Garam masala powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Oil

Preparation:

1.Blend green chilliles,onion,pudina leaves,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powde,salt blend into a smooth paste.
2.Take another bowl break 2 eggs,add in garam masala,red chilli powder,salt and mix well.
3.In another bowl add in fish and prawns together,add in ground masala paste and marinate for 10 minutes.
4.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,now dip marinated fish and prawn pieces in egg batter and deep fry.
5.Fry till golden brown color and transfer into a plate,mix the prawns in egg batter and fry them in hot oil.Finally add fish pieces in prawns mixture and give it a good mix.Cook for few minutes.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
