Ingredients:

1.Rice flour
2.Jaggery
3.Milk
4.Cardamoms

Preparation:

1.Firstly wash rice and soak overnight,drain the water and grind them into a soft powder.
2.Take some milk in a bowl,add in jaggery and mix well till it melts completely.
3.Then add required amount of rice flour to the jaggery mixture and mix well evenly.
4.Rest the batter aside for 5-6 hours.meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,pour 1 spoon full of batter in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Fry till golden color and serve hot.
