Ingredients:

1.Urad dal
2.Rice
3.Chana dal
4.Dates seedsless and grind into paste
5.Honey
6.Cardamom powder

Preparation:

1.Firstly soak urad dal and rice in equal quantities in water and grind into a smooth batter.
2.Soak chana dal for 1/2 hour and boil it for few minutes,grind into a smooth paste.
3.Take a bowl add in dates mixture and chana dal paste,mix well and prepare a dough mixture by adding honey.
4.Prepare round balls from the dough mixture and keep aside.Now dip the balls in batter and place in muffin pan without oil.Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes till done.Remove from pan and serve hot.
