Ingredients:

1.Coconut grated
2.Maida flour
3.Onion chopped
4.Green chillies chopped
5.Lemon
6.Salt to taste
7.Ghee
8.Oil for deep frying
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add in maida 2 tbsp ghee,pinch of salt and mix well with water,prepare smooth dough.
2.Take another bowl add coconut grated,green chillies chopped,onion chopped,salt to taste,squeeze half lemon juice and mix well.
3.Meanwhile
heat sufficient oil for deep frying.Knead the dough well and roll out
into a thin puri,stuff coconut mixture and fold it into a crescent shape
and deep fry.
4.Fry till golden color and transfer into a separate plate,serve hot.
