Ingredients:

1.Rice flour
2.Jaggery
3.Urad flour
4.Cardamom powder

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water as required and bring it to boil.
2.Add in 2 cup rice flour,urad flour 1 cup to the boiling water and mix well.
3.Transfer the mixture into a plate and knead well into a smooth dough by sprinkling some water.
4.Meanwhile prepare jaggery syrup by adding some water on other side.Keep stirring the mixture until jaggery melts.After done sprinkle some cardamom powder.
5.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,take a sev presser and place some dough mixture inside,squeeze directly into hot oil and deep fry the sev.
6.Fry evenly on both sides till golden color and crisp,crush the sev and transfer into jaggery syrup and mix well.Transfer into a separate plate and roll them into balls when syrup is hot and serve.
