Kodigudlu Kandha Pachi Royyala Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Boiled eggs
2.Kanda (Yam)
3.Prawns
4.Green chillies
5.Onion chopped
6.Tomato puree
7.Tamarind juice
8.Coriander leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Turmeric powder
11.Red chilli powder
12.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in onion chopped,green chillies and saute for few minutes.
2.Add boiled prawns with turmeric powder and mix well,fry for couple of minutes.
3.Add
tomato puree to the pan and mix well,add in salt to taste,pinch of
turmeric powder,red chilli powder 2 tbsp and mix well,fry for a minute.
4.Add
boiled yam pieces and mix it well,add in boiled eggs and give it a
mix.Add some water as required for gravy consistency and boil it.
5.Add
tamarind juice 1 cup,coriander leaves and mix well,cook for another 10
minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander
leaves.
