1.Toor dal
2.Drum stick leaves
3.Telaga pindi
4.Curry leaves
5.Dried red chillies
6.Tempering seeds
7.Turmeric powder
8.Garlic cloves
9.Red chilli powder
10.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some water,bring it to boil,add in toor dal 1 cup,drum stick leaves and mix well.
2.Add telaga pindi to the boiling mixture and mix well without any lumps,add onion,green chillies chopped and cook for 2 minutes.
3.Add some water as required and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes.
4.Add some turmeric,red chilli powder and salt to the mixture,give it a good stir and keep aside.
5.Meanwhile take another pan pour some ghee,melt it.Add tempering seeds,dried red chillies,garlic cloves,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
Transfer the tempering mixture into lentils and mix well.Serve hot.
