Ingredients:

1.Kova
2.Maida flour
3.Paneer grated
4.Sugar
5.Cardamom powder
6.Cashew nuts
7.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add in grated paneer 1 cup,kova 1 cup,maida 1 cup,mix well by adding little amount of milk,prepare a smooth dough.
2.Now prepare round balls out of dough mixture and keep aside.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,now deep fry the balls on low flame until they are light golden brown color.
4.Noe prepare some sugar syrup aside,drop the fried balls in sugar syrup and keep aside.Soak for a while.
5.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with cashewnuts.
