Ingredients:

1.Jowar flour
2.Jaggery
3.Coconut grated
4.Cardamom powder
5.Cashew nuts
6.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add in jowar flour,jaggery,coconut grated and mix well without adding water.
2.Add coconut grated and mix well if dough consistency is too moist,sprinkle some cardamom seeds and knead well.
3.Boil some water in idli stand,grease some ghee to idli molds and add jowar flour mixture.
4.Steam cook for 10-15 minutes till done.Slowly remove from molds and serve hot with garnished with cashew nuts,coconut grated.
