Chilli Paneer

Chilli Paneer


1.Panner diced
2.Ginger garlic paste
3.Green chilli sauce
4.Red chilli sauce
5.Soya sauce
8.Black pepper
9.Spring onions
11.Corn flour
14.Salt to taste
15.Red chilli powder


1.Marinate paneer with ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,corn flour,salt,soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar.Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,add in marinated paneer and fry till nice golden color.Transfer onto a paper napkin.
3.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add in garlic,onion chopped and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
4.Add some sliced capsicum,green chillies to the frying pan and mix well.Sprinkle some salt,give it a good stir.
5.Meanwhile dissolve corn flour in a bowl with water,keep aside.
6.Add soya,green,red chilli sauce,ajinomoto,vinegar and mix well.Cook on high flame.
7.Add spring onions,corn flour mixture and saute for another few minutes.Finally add fried paneer cubes into pan and mix well.Cook for couple of minutes and serve hot.
