Aakukuralu Pappu Dinusula Curry


1.Toor dal
2.Chana dal
3.Moong dal
6.Fenugreek leaves
7.Chukka koora
8.Bachali koora
9.Turmeric powder
10.Green chillies
11.Dried red chillies
12.Garlic cloves
13.Curry leaves
14.Tempering seeds
15.Onion chopped
16.Coriander powder
18.Salt to taste


1.Take a pressure pan add in toor dal,moong dal,chana dal all in equal quantities 50 grams,leafy vegetables,turmeric powder,green chillies,onion slices,tomatoes chopped,coriander powder,oil and some water required to cook the lentils.
2.Pressure cook for 4 whistles,meanwhile heat some oil in a pan,add in cumin,mustard,dried red chillies,curry leaves into the pan,saute.
3.Add roughly crushed garlic cloves,sliced onions and saute till light brown color.Finally add boiled and cooked lentils into tempering mixture and cook for another 5 more minutes.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
