2.Ridge gourd
3.Poppy seeds,Cinnamon,Ginger garlic paste
4.Onion chopped
5.Green chillies
6.Curry leaves
7.Coriander leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in turmeric powder,green chillies,onion chopped,curry leaves and saute for a while.
2.Add masala paste and mix well,fry for few minutes.Break 2 eggs and mix well.Cook for couple of minutes.
3.Add ridge gourd pieces into the pan and give it a good mix,add little amount of oil and fry for another few minutes.
4.Add required amount of water to the pan,add in red chilli powder,salt mix well and cook for a while.
5.Cook until water evaporates,remove form heat and transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
