Soya Keema Cutlets


1.Soya beans
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Garam masala powder
6.Red chilli powder
7.Turmeric powder
8.Coriander powder
10.Roasted chana dal (Putnalu)


1.Heat some oil in a pressure pan,add onions and saute till brown colour.
2.Add mutton keema and saute for few minutes,add turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and mix well.
3.Add soaked and mashed soya mixture and sauten till raw smell goes off.
4.Add ginger garlic paste,garam masala pwder,coriander powder and mix well,cook for few minutes.
5.Add some water as required,pressure cook for 3 whistles.
6.Add putnala powder to keema mixture,mix well.Heat some oil in a pan as required for frying cutlets.
7.Prepare round cutlets,coat well with egg mixture and drop them in hot oil.Fry till light brown colour.Transfer into a paper napkin and serve hot.
