Dosa Varugula Koora

Ingredients:

1.Yellow Cucumber
2.Dry fish
3.Curry leaves
4.Coriander leaves
5.Onion chopped
6.Green chillies
7.Coriander powder
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Salt to taste
10.Turmeric powder
11.Red chilli powder
12.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water and boil dry yellow cucumber for couple of minutes and keep aside.
2.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add in onion sliced,green chillies and saute for a while.
3.Add ginger garlic paste into the pan and saute for a minute,add in turmeric powder,curry leaves,coriander leaves and saute.
4.Add boiled yellow cucumber pieces to the pan and give it a good mix,now add roasted dry fish pieces and mix well.
5.Add red chilli powder,salt to taste and give it a good stir.Add some water,cover and cook for 2 minutes.
6.Finally sprinkle some coriander powder and coriander leaves.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
