1.Putnala powder
2.Besan flour
3.Carom seeds
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add in besan flour,putnala powder,red chilli powder,carom seeds,salt to taste and mix well with water and prepare a smooth dough.
3.Now fill the dough into dough squeezer,now squeeze the dough into the pan directly and deep fry.
4.Fry till golden brown colour,keep turning in between and fry evenly till crisp.Serve immediately.
