Dondakaya Paneer Curry

Ingredients:

1.Dondakayalu 1/4 kilo halved and boiled with turmeric,salt
2.Paneer grated 1 cup
3.Coriander leaves 2 bunches
4.Green chillies 4
5.Coconut
6.Salt to taste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
9.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
10.Curry leaves
11.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a blender jar add in coriander leaves,green chillies,coconut pieces,salt and blend into a smooth paste.
2.Transfer the ground mixture into a bowl,add in paneer grated and mix well.Now stuff the paneer mixture into boiled dondakayalu and keep aside.
3.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add cumin seeds,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.Add remaining ground paste to the pan and mix well.
4.Add stuffed dondakayalu and mix well gently.Cover and cook for few minutes till oil starts floating on top.Add some water as required and bring it to boil.
5.Finally add coriander powder and mix well,transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
