Aloo Gobi Pakoda Curry


1.Boiled potato 1
2.Cauliflower finely chopped 1/2 cup
3.Besan flour 2 tbsp
4.Rice flour 1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Onion chopped 1
8.Green chillies 3
9.Tomato puree 1 cup
10.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
11.Turmeric powder a pinch
12.Coriander leaves
13.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
14.Oil for deep frying
15.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add in mashed potatoes,cauliflower,besan flour,rice flour,salt,red chilli powder and mix well all the ingredients.If need we can add some water.
3.Drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry till nice golden colour.
4.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add in onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,turmeric,salt,red chilli powder and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
5.Add tomato puree and boil for few minutes till it attains thick consistency.
6.Finally add fried pakodas to the pan and mix it.Coat well the pakodas with gravy.Sprinkle some cumin,coriander powder and mix well.
7.Add some water as required and cook for another few minutes.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
