Pesara Pappu Semiya Upma


1.Moog dal 1 cup soaked
2.Vermicelli 1 cup fried and soaked in salt water
3.Oil 3 tbsp
4.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
5.Green chillies 4
6.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
7.Curry leaves
8.Cashew nuts 10 grams
9.Salt to taste
10.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in tempering seeds,cashew nuts,green chillies,ginger chopped,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
2.Add vermicelli,moong dal and mix well evenly.
3.Fry for few minutes on medium flame,keep stirring without forming any lumps.
4.After done transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
