Sorakayapottu Payasam

Ingredients:

1.Sorakaya pottu 1 cup
2.Godhuma ravva 1/2 cup
3.Jaggery 1 cup
4.Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
5.Dry fruits
6.Ghee 1/4 cup
7.Milk 500 ml

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some ghee,melt it.Add dry fruits and saute for few seconds till golden color and transfer into a bowl.
2.In the same add some more ghee and add sorakaya pottu to pan,fry for few minutes.
3.Add godhuma ravva soaked and mix well.For few minutes on medium flame.Add milk to the pan and bring it to boil.
4.Add cardamom powder,grated jaggery and mix well until jaggery melts evenly.
5.Cook for another few minutes and transfer into a bowl,garnish with fried dry fruits.Serve hot.
