Ingredients:


1.Kakarakayalu
2.Jaggery
3.Dry coconut powder
4.Garlic
5.Salt
6.Red chilli powder
7.Oil

Preparation:

1.Thoroughly wash kakarakayalu in water,cut into bite size pieces,blend into a coarse powder.Transfer into a bowl,add some salt and mix well.
2.Rest aside the mixture for 10 minutes.
3.Blend red chilli powder,salt,garlic,coconut powder,jaggery and blend well.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,squeeze excess water from kakarakaya,add to frying pan.
5.Saute for few minutes on medium flame till moisture evaporates.
6.Now add blended masala to frying pan and mix well.Cook for few minutes on medium flame.Transfer into a bowl and serve with hot rice.
