Paneer Saagwala

Ingredients:

1.Paneer 300 grams
2.Spinach puree 1 1/2 cup
3.Cumin seeds 1tbsp
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
6.Onion chopped 1/2 cup
7.Tomatoes chopped 1/4 cup
8.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
9.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Green chilli paste 1 1/2 tbsp
11.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
12.Salt to taste
13.Oil


Preparation:


1.Take a pan pour some moil and heat it,add in cumin seeds,bay leaf,onion chopped,salt and saute for few minutes.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,some water,green chilli paste and saute for another few minutes.
3.Add red chilli powder,tomatoes chopped and saute,add in some water.Cover and cook till tender for 4-5 minutes.
4.Add coriander powder,spinach puree,paneer cubes and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
5.Add garam masala powder and give it a stir,transfer into a bowl,garnish with grated paneer.Serve hot.
