Ingredients:

1.Curry leaves
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
6.Red chilli powder
7.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add in besan flour,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and mix well water,avoid lumps.
3.Prepare mirchi bajji batter,now dip curry leaves in batter and drop them gently in hot oil,deep fry.
4.Fry till light golden colour and fry evenly,serve hot.
