Methi Oats Cutlets

Methi Oats Cutlets


1.Fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
2.Oats 1/2 cup
3.Boiled potatoes 2
4.Green chillies chopped 3
5.Salt to taste
6.Oil 3 tbsp
7.Turmeric powder a pinch
8.Onion chopped
9.Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Lemon juice 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in onion chopped,green chillies and saute.
2.Add fenugreek leaves,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.Add mashed potatoes,oats,cumin powder and mix well evenly.
3.Fry for few minutes and finally add lemon juice and give it a good mix.Transfer the mixture into a bowl and rest aside to cool down.
4.Prepare round cutlets and keep aside,place the cutlets on a hot pan,drizzle some oil and cook evenly on both sides till golden brown colour.Cook till done.Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
