1.Lady finger slices 1/4 kilo
2.Besan flour1 cup
3.Rice flour 2 bsp
4.Vaamu 1 tbsp
5.Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Oil for deep frying
9.Dry mango powder 1 tbsp


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add in lady finger slices,besan flour,rice flour,vaamu,salt to taste,red chilli powder,coaresly crushed coriander seeds and mix well with water.Prepare pakodi batter.
3.Gently drop the mixture into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour,keep turning in between and fry evenly.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
