Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Coconut grated 1/2 cup
3.Green chillies 3
4.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5.Ginger small piece
6.Curry leaves
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil 2 tbsp
9.Curd 1/4 cup

Preparation:

1.Take a blender combine,coconut grated,green chillies,cumin seeds,ginger,curry leaves,salt and blend into a smooth paste.
2.Transfer
the ground mixture into a bowl,add wheat flour,curd,salt and mix well
evenly.Prepare a smooth dough by adding some water.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and dust it with some dry flour.Roll them into a thin layered paratha.
4.Place the paratha on hot pan,cook evenly on both sides by greasing some oil.Flip on both sides and cook till done.Serve hot.
