Chamadumpa Cutlet


1.Chamadumpa 1 cup boiled
2.Potatoes boiled 2
3.Corn flour 50 grams
4.Onion chopped 1
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Green chillies chopped 3
7.Coriander leaves
8.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
9.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
10.Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
11.Ghee 2 tbsp
12.Salt to taste
13.Curry leaves


1.Take a bowl add in chamadumpa,potatoes,onions,green chillies,ginger garlic,salt,coriander powder,curry leaves,coriander leaves,corn flour and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Grease your palms with some ghee and prepare round cutlets,sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
3.Heat a pan,drizzle some oil.Place the cutlets on pan and cook evenly on both sides,keep turning in between the cutlets and cook till golden brown colour.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
