Carrot Ravva Laddulu

Ingredients
:


1.Carrot
2.Bombay ravva
3.Sugar
4.Dry coconut powder
5.Kismis
6.Cardamom powder
7.Cashew nuts
8.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Dry roast bombay ravva for few minutes till light brown colour and keep aside.
2.In the same pan,add grated carrot and saute till moisture evaporates.
3.Add sugar and saute till it melts evenly,add dry coconut powder,bombay ravva,dry fruits and mix well.
4.Finally add ghee and mix well,switch off the flame and rest the mixture to cool down.
5.Prepare laddoos and serve.
