Methi Mutter Malai


1.Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
2.Green peas 1 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Tomatoes chopped 2
5.Milk 1 cup
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
9.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
10.Dried red chillies 2
11.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
12.Turmeric powder a pinch
13.Fresh cream 1 tbsp
14.Oil 3 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in cumin seeds,turmeric powder,dried red chillies,ginger garlic paste,onions and saute for few minutes.
2.Add tomatoes and fry till soft and tender,add in green peas and mix well.
3.Add red chilli powder,salt and mix well evenly,cover and cook till tender.
4.Add fenugreek leaves,stir fry for 2 minutes.Add milk and give it a stir,cover and cook for another few minutes.
5.Sprinkle some garam masala powder,fresh cream and mix well.Cook for another few minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
