Sorakaya Bajji Curry

Ingredients:

1.Sorakaya 1 cup
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Vaamu a pinch
6.Onion chopped 1
7.Tomato paste 1 cup
8.Green chillies 2
9.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
11.Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
12.Coriander leaves
13.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a deep bowl add besan flour,salt,red chilli powder,vaamu and mix well with water and prepare pakodi batter.
3.Add sorakaya pieces to the batter,coat well the pieces and drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add onions chopped and saute.
5.Add
ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste and saute,add salt,red chilli
powder and mix well,fry for couple of minutes.Add tomato paste to the
frying pan and mix well,cook until mixture release oil from sides.
6.Add coriander powder,cumin powder and some water as required,bring it to boil till gravy attains thick consistency.
7.Finally add fried sorakay pakodas to pan and mix well.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
