PanasaPottu Chakkera Pongali

Ingredients:

1.Panasapottu 2 cups
2.Rice 1 cup
3.Moong dal; 1 cup
4.Jaggery grated 3 cups
5.Coconut grated 1 cup
6.Ghee 4 tbsp
7.Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Milk 2 cups
9.Dry fruits 50 grams
10.Salt a pinch

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,add dry fruits and fry till light golden colour and keep aside.
2.In the sam pan add some ghee and fry coconut grated and saute till raw smell goes off.Transfer into a bowl.
3.Boil
moong dal,rice,panasapottu separately and keep aside.In the same pan
add jaggery,some water as required to melt the jaggery bring it to boil.
4Add boiled rice,moong dal,panasapottu to the pan and mix well,add fried coconut grated and mix well evenly all the ingredients.
5.Sprinkle
some cardamom powder,salt and give it a good stir.Add 2 tbsp ghee,dry
fruits and give it a stir,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
