Ingredients:

1.Sajjapindi 1 cup
2.Jaggery grated 1 cup
3.Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
4.Oil for deep frying
5.Ghee


Preparation:

1.Take a pan add jaggery,some water and bring it to boil,prepare jaggery syrup.
2.Add some cardamom powder and mix well.
3.Gradually add sajjapindi to the pan and mix well without forming any lumps.
4.Off the heat and rest the mixture to cool down for few minutes.
5.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
6.Divide the dough into small balls and press them on oil greased plastic cover,press into a thin layered chapathi.
7.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour and serve.
