Dondakaya Kottimeera Karam

Ingredients:

1.Dondakayalu 1 cup
2.Potatoes 2
3.Green chillies 4
4.Dried red chilllies 4
5.Curry leaves
6.Coriander leaves
7.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,dried red chillies,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
2.Add green chilli paste to the frying pan and cook for few minutes.
3.Add par boiled potatoes,dondakayalu fried and mix well,add salt to taste give it a good stir.
4.Fry for 2-3 minutes and transfer into a bowl,garnish with carrot grated.Serve hot.
