1.Sorakaya grated 1 cup
2.Wheat flour 1 cup
3.Sugar 1/2 cup
4.Kova 1/4 cup
5.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
6.Ghee 1/4 cup
7.Cashew nut powder 1/4 cup


1.Take a bowl add wheat flour,some water and prepare smooth dough and keep aside.
2.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,add sorakaya grated and saute for few minutes.
3.Add kova,sugar,cardamom powder and mix well evenly,fry for few minutes.Finally add cashew nut powder and give it a good mix.Rest the mixture to cool down aside.
4.Divide the dough into small equal portions and place the stuffing inside and pat it well.
into a paratha,meanwhile heat a pan by drizzling some ghee.Place the
paratha on skillet and cook evenly on both sides till golden brown
colour.Serve hot.
